Tulsa (prep players) and OU basketball teams just don't seem to mix, for whatever reason. I am glad, though, that another guy from the Tisdale era, Anthony Bowie, got to OU eventually also. But it did seem like they all either went to Arkansas or OSU.
The thing about women's players from that area shunning Sherri's program is really baffling. I remember that Sapulpa sent players to Texas, K-State, and even Colorado, among others. But I think the coach there had an old grudge or something that dated back to when Sherri was at Norman High.
At least there hasn't been THAT many difference-makers out of there, at least going from memory, that OU hasn't signed.
