Sorry Roc, but this is what the Big-12 official stats say about last year:

1. How many home games did we play?-14

2. How many home games did Baylor play?-18

3. How many home games did Texas play?-18

4. How many home games did Okla State play?-17

5. How many home games did Iowa State play?-15

6. W. Va.-21

7. Kansas-18

8. K. State-19

9. Tx. Tech-18

10. TCU-18

The impact was many of those teams ended up with better records than we did (in some cases far better records) even though we finished higher (in some cases FAR higher) in the Big-12 standings and records than they did.

This has been going on ever since we have gotten weaker over the past few years. It almost appears we are trying to hide from our fans since we are not playing as well. Could that be true?

Believe it or not, a few years back we actually played MORE away games than home games. That makes no sense.

Last year playing 4 -5 more home games and 4-5 fewer away games would have likely resulted in 20 wins instead of just 16. That gives a much different look when seedings are set for the tournament.
