The USA came out today with the intensity that they did not have against Australia. This is a pretty good Russian group. The USA just came out with some determination.
Lot's of scoring balance for the USA in this tournament. With the exception of the Australia game, someone came out hot in every game to get the US a lead. Hooper looked good early. Hartley took over at times. Plaisance had probably her best game. Late, Bradford took charge again. Sims was better against Australia, but made some key defensive plays when we needed them today.
Good win.
