His floor game and defense is clearly improved overall and shows that with increased assist, rebounding, steals. Handles are improved as well.

He is down significantly in shooting numbers across the board, even free throws. Confidence? Weird injury (like a finger) that we don’t know about? Pressing too much to be “the man?”

We know he’s capable, but he’s not getting to the rim for his own shots at all and not shooting well on jumpers and floaters.

Break out game today would be big for him. He’s the missing piece between us being a solid team to potentially making some noise in the conference.

He’s doing everything well except shooting/scoring. That will come eventually. If he was struggling with everything else, I’d be worried. We also have a lot of guys that can score so he doesn’t have to carry the whole team. He’s playing the point really well and hopefully the scoring will come.
