Lost several recruits to them when Romar was "rolling" and Capel began Griffin-less.
Aziz NDiaye and Terrence Ross come to mind.
Also lost Nigel-Goss during the Kruger helm.
Romar seems a lot like Capel in that his teams have largely underacheived and I have been less than impressed with his in game coaching over the years.
