We should have 5 fairly high seeds in the tourney but could we get a 6th or maybe even 7th team in? Ksu and or tech maybe?

Many will say it doesn't matter but I think it is a huge deal for the program. I am really happy. It is also unanimous in the AP. Surprisingly some of the voters went with North Carolina and KU in the coaches poll.

In some respects, I can understand KU but North Carolina has two losses to unranked teams (North Iowa and Texas). North Carolina's best win (and only win against a ranked team) is against Maryland. I really don't understand the votes for North Carolina. To me it is not wanting to vote for a non-traditional basketball power more than anything else.

if anyone thinks playing against Texas and Northern Iowa on the road is the same thing as OU playing at Phog, they have lost their minds. There were lots of empty seats in Austin.

Well....that was fun while it lasted. However, if we can somehow get by Baylor on Saturday, I think we may find our way to the top spot again before the year is over.....especially since our schedule is so front-loaded.:OU-logo:
