He is a KU alum which isn't good, but he's done a heck of a job at both Northern Colorado and CU. His teams play an up-tempo style and he wins games.

I like coach Boyle a lot, I was so impressed with his N Colorado team two years ago that I actually emailed him to let him know that I appreciated the way his team competed. To my surprise he actually responded with some kind words about OU.

With what he did at CU in one year gives me hope that with the right coach we could do as well or better than CU did this year. I think our talent is as good or better than what CU had. I don't think it will take us as long to turn the program around as some think. Easier in basketball than football.
