Cyclone fans are dedicated as well as clever.

I loved what they did last year when OSU played ISU in Ames. The entire student section fell back in unison in a well-orchestrated "flop" when Marcus Smart was introduced. They did it again throughout the game when the time was right. IMO, Cyclone fans are among the best in the Big 12.

Hopefully our O is on tonight and we decide to play D early or they will run all over us. I've seen them be scary good. We DO have the ability to win - but will we play up to it?

Some of their fans are critical of Hoiberg tonight. Unbelievable. He is definitely one of the top coaches in the conference. The best thing is he is also one of the younger coaches.

He is the Mayer. Think about his life. Best high school player in the history of Ames. One of the best players ever at ISU. Long NBA career. Went straight into NBA management and then Coaching. Now he runs his hometown and college team. Could life be any better?

It's amazing reading the comments from the ISU fans. They seem completely stunned as to why they can't play well on the road. Duh. Defense travels much more consistently than offense. It's not rocket science.

I am sad they don't appreciate the team they do have. IMO they'll be playing in the second week of the NCAA's and they're fun to watch.

It is also completely possible that OU is a better team. To me it just shows how all fan bases have lunatics. Two great teams played a good game tonight.
