What Thanksgiving dish will make you forget about San Diego?

For me, it is my mother-in-laws chocolate pecan pie. A close second is my specialty, a Cajun Fried Turkey, which I order from Pearls and then personally drive downtown to pick up the day before Thanksgiving.
