Who said OSU was more impressive

Who said Marcus Smart was impressive? He made exactly 6 shots in a 3 overtime game. 1 for 5 from three point land. He wants to play point guard in the NBA? He had exactly 2 assist tonight. Oh yeah, almost forgot, 3 turnovers and 4 fouls. Yes, he still had 20 points, only because he was 7-9 from the free throw line because he kept pathetically flopping and getting bailed out by the officials. He was a complete non-factor in all the overtimes except for a play that would get him fined in the NBA. I know, I know, his "intangibles" are what win games for OSU. It's amazing that even the OSU fans are getting tired of him.

He would be a tremendous PG if he had a distribute the ball mindset and only shot open looks that come naturally, but he has a scorers mentality that frankly hurts OSU because he is a horrible shooter. He should be shooting set shots only.

He took 5 threes! 5! He made one! He either just does whatever he wants or Travis Ford is too stupid to tell him to stop shooting threes.

It is a really, really good thing you are here because I might not have known that without you.

it takes away from the intent when you answer the question for Kyle.

Does anyone think his handles are NBA point guard worthy?
I like his first step and he's has the strength to finish at the rim. As a long range shooter, he's average (not as good as Forte or Booker, for instance).

But as a dribbler, I haven't seen from him enough to make me think he could handle NBA pressure. Augustine, who is barely a starter, is much better. And nobody would ever describe DJ as a top five pick.

He'd be a runt at shooting guard in the NBA.

Agreed. No matter where he plays in the NBA he will be out of position and the refs will laugh at him if he tries some of his antics in the pros.

he is not average as a shooter .. he is well below

Who said that.

I really thought Ohio State was overrated. Definitely didn't think they were more impressive than other Big 10 powers.

ohhhh

You were talking about Oregon State. They actually have surprised me a bit for their lack of talent.
