I would like to see Kelsey start this one and see if she can win it OR
if Paige starts and we win, based on the game, maybe start Kelsey in game 2.
It would be great if Kelsey was pitching like the Kelsey of two years ago and if her game was good to use against Aubern.

I wish Kelsey could pitch tonight, but she has shown the last two seasons that isn't consistent enough to pitch in games of this magnitude. I'm afraid we are one pitcher short of winning the national championship.

Paige is going to start for certain. I think it is key that we win game #1 as there is a threshold out there that Paige cannot break through and it just might be her sixth game in six days. Besides forcing Auburn to play one game down might force them into some serious mistakes in game two. Perhaps enough to secure the victory.

We also must eliminate our mistakes. We really had our first two last night. Romero's base running error of not touching second base returning to first base and Wobach's totally unnecessary throwing error to pick off a runner with Knighten not back to first to receive the throw. Two similar mistakes in the championship might cost us the game.
