I think some of you guys are being overly critical of a kid who is barely in his second season as the point guard at a major D-1 program. Sure, Jordan makes poor decisions and turns the ball over from time to time. It hurts a little more when point guards do it. But, name me a player on our roster who doesn't make mistakes, shoots the ball poorly, takes an occasional play off on defense, commits an ill-advised foul, or turns the ball over at the worst possible time? Besides, he has been so much better the last two games, what he did in the first two shouldn't matter anymore.
There is always plenty of blame when the team loses. When we win ugly, it's not that difficult to find fault. But, Jordan Woodard is one heck of a player in my book. I said last year that I was thrilled to have him on our team, and nothing I have seen this year has caused me to change my mind.
