The shot Woodard made just as the shot-clock expired where he was outside the arc and tried to draw the foul was initially ruled a 2. I had to step away from the game for a few minutes so did they change it to a 3 at the next timeout?

Thanks!

So it was ruled a 3 when he shot it? The score they showed on TV only reflected it being a 2 I'm pretty sure...

Woodard was clearly behind the arc when he let the shot fly. It was counted as a three.

I thought he was too but the TV guys said 2 and then I thought the score change only reflected a 2 but my daughter has been sick so I wasn't paying as much attention as I should have been. :woot

I think they said it wrong but that it was scored correctly. The announcers did not have time to correct themselves because they were too busy complimenting Marcus Smart and OSU in general.
