#1 again - My prediction

I think we'll stay at the top. We'll be on top of every computer poll and are currently the top overall seed in every bracket projection worth looking at. UNC was the only other top 10 team A) without a loss this week that could B) make a claim at #1. They beat a bad Virginia Tech team by 5 while we had a statement win on the road at ranked Baylor.

Lots of hype for us to stay there, and I think it holds. What do you guys think?

I see OU staying #1 in the coaches, but dropping to #2 in the AP. I think the writers like the flavor of the week and UNC has won 11 or so straight games. The argument can be made about the quality of opponents in those games, but many will just see the record and vote based off of that.

I hope I am wrong, I love to see OU #1 in both. I know it doesn't matter that much, but as a fan, it is fun for bragging rights.

We will be 2. We will get a good handful of first place votes though. Contrary to other's guesses, I think we will be closer to 1 in the AP than in the coaches.

UNC will be 1. However, our conference schedule was frontloaded, their's is backloaded. We have most of our tough games in the rear view mirror.
