2015-16 Season: Big 12 Teams Personnel

Updated list with Hield staying and Booker transferring to Florida Atlantic

Baylor losing a player. Deng Deng(6'8 Jr C). He is somehow out of eligibility. Don't know the details on this one.

TCU has a player transferring. Charles Hill Jr.(6'2 Jr SG).

Texas Tech's Justin Jamison(6'9 RS/Jr PF) is transferring to MidAmerica Nazarene University(NAIA).

Bet that caused a collective sigh among Big 12 coaches not named Kruger.

I've heard that a lot of the guys that transferred and that were dismissed had really bad attitudes and weren't very coachable. So Weber knows he had to clean house and start over hoping that the new guys are better and more coachable. It's doubtful that they will be better talent wise, probably more coachable though. This will more than likely be Weber's last year at Kansas State if he doesn't make the tourney next season.

WOW. Sounds like most of the team had bad attitudes given the number of transfers. Makes you wonder if it is Weber or the players.

Maybe a little of both is my guess. Ultimately, however, the responsibility was on Weber and his staff to keep their players in line. When more than half of your team exits the program, one can't help but think that a good share of the problem rests in the hands of the coaching staff. After all, they're the ones who recruited all or most of the players.

If Kansas State is as bad as they should be next year based on the talent loss. Weber should be out of there.

This. Coaches, like everyone else, make mistakes and Weber should be given the chance to correct those mistakes. It seems as though he's making the right moves. Even still, those mistakes are his and he bears the responsibility for those mistakes.

Oklahoma State added a player today. Jernard Jarreau(6'10 RS/Sr PF) an immediately eligible transfer from Washington.

He played in 1 game during the 2013-14 season due to a torn ACL, so I would almost guarantee that he will get a 6th year of eligibility for the 2016-17 season. More than likely he will be an immediately eligible RS/Jr for the 2015-16 season.

Technically he'll play as a senior and then apply for a medical waiver but I assume he'll get it approved.

Is it possible this transfer is related to possibly landing Dejon Jarreau? Not sure if they are pursuing him. Is Dejon his younger brother?

always possible. But a 7ft center that is pretty decent is always welcomed by most teams. Esp OSU who lacks a lot of post depth.

He'll be a nice piece for them.

Jarreau will never play and some 6'4 SG will be a post along with a 6'7 athletic forward.
