84 OU v. Syracuse game

Watching with my 14-year old son and here are his observations:

Where is the three-point line
Choo Kennedy has a funny-shaped body
Did Tisdale ever miss
Dang, that Pierce guy could dunk
What kind of mustache does Shawn Clark have - that's terrible

But his No. 1 thing - wow the shorts, those are actually kind of cool. Scary, I was at the BA / Union game last night and what did I notice - some of the players are starting to roll their shorts up, where they come up above the knee.

Could we be returning to the nut-hugger days? I hope not!

These classic OU games are great. So fun to see those guys again

Yeah I think the 3 pt line was established the next season after this game. Thank god for that...I can't imagine b-ball w/o it. I played in a intermural league in college and the gym we used for games didn't have a 3 pt. line either. It was terrible.....I'm a guard, and it was hard for me to get my bearings as to how far I was to the rim when I would shoot an outside shot. Plus there wasn't really any motivation to shoot it from deep either.

Tim McCallister was a freshman in the Cuse game....wow he was a good one too.
