A few hopes for next fall

That KayKay continues to improve her ability to not foul and becomes a better defender.
That Maddie becomes the player so many of us think she is-All American.
That VPL makes an even bigger improvement than is usually predicted for a freshman -to-sophmore year.
As far as the team goes, I'd love for us to play better defensively..See what it did for the men? And, as always, improve our rebounding.
This seems to be a good group that get along well with each other and that is especially important to Sherri. Maybe that will provide an exponentially faster improvement that usual.

Usually, you can hope that at least one of a group of freshmen will make significant progress as a sophomore. If Vivi or McKenna would take a step forward to make a viable combination with Kay Kay, maybe we could have success on the boards. Perhaps, Ijeoma will help.

But, we really need for Carter, Manning, or Little to become a consistent threat.

If Maddie doesn't turn it on this year, I don't think she ever will. She needs to go from a player with potential to a player who produces. Obviously, we need for her to be really good.
