It seems like you love to post when something negative happens. Please change allegiance to another team as we don't need your negative influence. If you were coaching a team they would be lucky to win more than a few games with your attitude.

We're 0-6 on the big stage since last winning the title in 2000. We're since lost 3 title games in football, plus a Final Four in football and two in basketball. We lost in embarrassing fashion against USC and today. We bounced back from that embarrassing loss to USC to at least play in more big games and we'll bounce back from what happened tonight. Only the great programs get to play in these types of games...and we'll eventually start winning our share - in both sports.

As for thinking it would have been better to lose a close game in the Elite Eight than what happened tonight - that's known as a loser's mentality. No one like what happened tonight, but the sun will come up tomorrow...and Lon Kruger has not coached his last big game at OU.

Hard to put into words the stupidity of this post. Well, words that can be spoken in polite company anyway. For a program that was on life support a few short years ago this was a great step for the program and a well deserved one for the seniors that have invested so much hard work into improving year by year. I'm as disappointed as the next guy about tonight but it still doesn't take much effort to see the positives in a Final Four appearance, a season that saw us ranked #1 for multiple weeks, and shined a very bright spotlight on one of the best ambassadors for OU we've ever had in Buddy Heild.

In case many of you are not familiar with this nisakat poster, he frequents the OUInsider board and constantly tears down the football team. He's the true definition of a "Debbie Downer." There are times he is correct (tonight is not one of those times) when questioning the football recruiting in past years. However, when any poster constantly tears down a team or coaching staff, there will be times that poster is correct.

If he continues, it would be my recommendation to the moderators to just ban him. He's not likely going to make a single positive contribution to this board.
