Baylor

The rebounding margin was not as bad as I'd feared - 42-36 and the offensive boards likewise was better than I expected - 13 to 10. That, and Prince's T in the first half, were huge. Prince was really hurting us, so glad to see her take a seat!!!
 
AWESOME JOB tonight … gotta appreciate the focus, especially after falling behind by six with about 3:30 to play.
Everyone played really well, but I'm really happy for Sharane. She played like a senior and led the way down the stretch with key play after key play. Great poise and leadership at crunch time.

I sure am glad that you're a Sooner fan, although from your last post, one might wonder. Savor the moment, man! Quit trying to tell us how much better Baylor is than our girls are, OK? Even if it is true/

Hahahahahaha Vinny is bashing Sherri Coale on a night like tonight. Absolutely predictable and quite funny. At least Norm is intelligent enough not to back him up on a night we beat Baylor.

For the most part, the girls played to their strengths. Not many careless turnovers. Played about as well as we could....could have made some of those wide open threes, but again....Great Win!

Yeah, you and me both! Would've been terrible to have lost by missing at the charity stripe. There is a reason that they are called FREE throws...

We played like we knew we could win. That is the first time in four or five years that we have played Baylor like we thought we should win. Even when they got the lead, we didn't give up. We acted like the excellent team that we are. We needed everyone, and everyone showed up.

Baylor played well. We played well. This is how it should be.

I thought that the fact that we've played in more tight games than Baylor has was a benefit to us tonight.
