I think you ought to give Bird a lot of credit as well. He has talked about how hard he worked on his shooting and conditioning this summer. If he will work even harder next summer then I think he has a chance to do quite well for himself professionally.

I think the point the article makes about defenses shading off Grooms because he isn't making shots deserves a lot of attention. I'm glad Grooms is working on his shot because if he could become any kind of shooting threat it would open things up so much for him and our offense.
