Big 12 talk (other teams games )

At least they took it to OT. ISU really spit the bit against Mizzou.

Iowa state didn’t have Caleb grill but I agree they played like bums. I think we can win that game against them personally.

I think at ISU and at KSU are probably the least winnable games we have left. ISU has absolutely hammered people at home. One clunker on the road while missing a starter doesn’t change much IMHO.

Man, ISU absolutely spit the bit tonight. Tech seemed dead in the water. Impressive they didn’t just go away quietly down by 23. Just an awful loss for ISU. That is one of those annoying results that will probably end up helping KU win the league. 🤬

That's three out of four they've lost, They may be coming back down to earth a bit.

Another isu tough close loss that they had a big lead in. They must suck

Yea that must be why they are one game out of last place and barely over .500 on the season. Oh, wait …

I’d point out that your argument is a straw man, but I’m sure you already know that. I will point out that they are 5-3 in games decided by 5 or fewer. And that they are undefeated at home.

KU and KSU certainly don’t take long to put up a shot. They don’t really need a shot clock.

KU up 12 at half....and it isn't because they are playing great, rather KSU has been sloppy and out of control at times. Outside of creating TOs, not much defense being played on either end.

Yup, which is why playing fast can be a blessing and a curse. If you're not hitting shots, teams with more talent will just overwhelm you.

Lampkin is back for TCU tonight and I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone playing with such a badly sprained ankle. Dude is limping like crazy but is out there battling.

Not saying he is necessarily playing bad, but he has no business being out there. I'm sure he is a competitor and wants to play, but at some point the coach has to step in.

Yeah I don’t get it. Announcers said they were told this morning that he wouldn’t be available. I assume he was cleared by the doctor/trainer, but ankle injuries can linger forever if you rush back. I’d think a home game against West Virginia would have been an opportunity to get him another few days off.

Again shows how badly we struggle to score, and noteworthy since it is a tempo-free comparison.
