At the half, TCU leads Texas by 7 in Austin, 33-26. Neither team played a sub in the first half (ESPN box). Texas is dominating the boards, but is turning it over. TCU shot better. The team box appears to be wrong (maybe they did sub).

If TCU wins this game, it makes the Texas/OSU game and the OU/TCU game rather important to seeding. OU is currently destined for a five seed. A win by OSU over Texas, and a win by OU over TCU gives OU a four (assuming we beat Tech). Baylor and West Virginia are #1 and #2.

TCU managed to lose a game, and it was exactly that. TCU scored 4 points in the first ten minutes of the second half to lose 50-62. Texas was pretty inept, but TCU looked like they had never put up a shot.

This pretty much means that OU will be the #5 seed, probably playing Texas in the second round.

The whorns aren't that good IMO. They are better than last year though. Outside of Hypocrite U and WVU, the others have had some good moments but are very inconsistent (OU, ISU, tu, osu). I think any of these 4 CAN win the Big 12 tourney, if they get on a good run, however Skeletor and the Mountaineers will be heavy favorites. I'm thinking someone beats the Hypocrites in the Big 12 tourney.

I question whether the Big Twelve officials will call fouls on Baylor. They may have more difficulty in the NCAA than in the Big Twelve. For a while, A&M had that problem.

Depends who we get to officiate. I'm hoping for a Melissa Barlow showing in a Hypocrite U game during the tourney! I think she was officiating during the Tech-osu game on Sunday.

Cue: Norm. LOL!!

No difference in a 4 and 5 seed. They still play each other. The 4 wears their home jerseys and the 5 wears road jerseys. :facepalm

I believe the winner out of West Virginia and Baylor in the big 12 Championship game.(I haven't seen nothing out of the other 8 teams to convince me otherwise) deserve that last one seed and the NCAA tournament.

If we beat Fexas, we play at 4:30 Sunday afternoon vs. thw winner of the number 2 seed and the TCU-Tech winner. It will probably be WVU or Baylor. There are 2 regular season games left tommorow night. That will decide the 1 and 2 seeds.

Anybody need all-session tickets? I have 2 together in Section 108 (Row E, seats 9 & 10) at face value ($110 each). Purchased before I found out I had to be out of town all 4 days and my partner-in-crime fell and dislocated her shoulder. (Ouch!)

I attended the infamous 2004 tournament. Wore white jerseys the first day, then were stuck in crimsons the rest of the way. Bam, bam, bam, we take down all the top seeds, ending with Texas.

And then, **** Stanford

So far everything is going just fine in the NCAA tournament.
