Bruce Weber?: Tulsa World

I will begin the process of getting Crandall Head to transfer to OU.

@TheLostOgle: Bruce Weber can be a great coach at OU if he gets Bill Self to recruit his players.

For those of you salivating over his recruiting class, plan on none of them playing at OU. I would be surprised if they do.

He's not a favorite of mine, but I wouldn't look for the nearest and tallest bridge either.

Would he really be that bad?

The curse of the billy goat strikes again. OU basketball = Chicago Cubs.

hopefully he is bringing his asst coaches b/c the jerrance Howard dude is a heckuva recruiter

if this isn't a mizzou/painter situation

Just checked the calendar to be sure. Today is March 30th. Well technically now it is the 31st. Still yet, Friday is April 1st. If this guy is pulling a prank...

I'll wager one follows him. which I'll be cool with

I've been told (I have nothing to back this up) that the NCAA has made the rules tougher on getting out of LOIs, even in the event of a coaching change. Also, coaches not named Calipari typically don't take recruits with them in instances such as this. I remember when Kelvin left he immediately said that none of his commits would be going with him to Indiana.

What's the matter with Weber? He seems to be doing a decent job in a pretty tough league. Ohio State, Michigan State, and Wisconsin are usually the class of the Big 10, but you've also got to contend with Purdue.

If you guys are suicidal over getting a proven coach who has a 15-10 postseason record, then you need a reality check.

I fully expected Gregg Marshall after today... I am so happy
