Bubble Watch

With how the bubble is falling apart (popping, if you will), we'd probably have a good shot with a win tonight.

Yeah, it's crazy to me that Texas is still "safely in" at 18-14 at this point. I know they have some "good wins" but they also just lost to a now 13 win Ole Miss team by 10 to finish the season losing to OU and Ole Miss which right now would be two teams not making the tournament. I feel like they should be sweating it a little more than safely in which could change with something like a win by OU tonight.

I want them to say "oklahoma has gotten in the tourney and it turns out that they took tejas's spot and replaced them"

Tiny, I don't think the weak teams we played in the non-con is the issue. I think it was losing to the better teams. And losing 9 strait in conference, including home games, probably is the biggest stain on the record. And then there is just the optics, we kept collapsing in the last part of the second half in games, time after time. Just looked bad, and until the last few games, we didn't play a lick of defense this year. Playing decent defense and Moser finally playing his best player (IMO) jones accounts for the turn around.

Who knows, certainly not me, but I think we probably need to get to Saturday's game to have a chance to get in. Lose tonight and we probably need a miracle. Been a fun run though.

Congrats to the team and coaches on a really well coached and played game last night. Jones is a baller. Reed played the game of his life. Pack is just an elite shooter.

Not a bubble team but Miami OH playing right now, need them to run the table.
Which sadly I actually don't see them doing. I've watched 3-4 of their games now and they obviously have pulled them all out, but watching them, I just don't see a superior team winning these games handily. They do what's needed to get the job done but against avg to even some far below avg teams. You just can't live on that line forever and never have a blemish. For OU's sake, I hope I'm wrong and they are undefeated going into the NCAA tourney.

Looking at Miami oh schedule, they better win their tournament or they may be left out. That is the worst schedule I’ve ever seen. Not even a single p4 team. 0 quad 1 games and only 2 quad 2 games.

They have 2 games that look like exhibition teams during middle of season. Their opponents don’t even have an icon by their names on espn.

If Miami loses today they wont make the tourney.

What we really need is for Auburn to lose and for OU to win, and OU will make the tourney.

Two things can (and are) true here: the ridiculous number of NET 300 games is hurting us, as is our performance for the first three months of the season against power conference teams. Eliminate the losses to AZ State, Miss. State, and South Carolina, and we are in a much better position. But also, replace several of the NET 300 games with games against teams in the 150ish range, and we are also in a much better position, even with the aforementioned losses.

31-1 Miami isn't getting left out if Akron wins the Mac. Miami would be in Dayton in the play in. If some lower seed wins the mac then you have to consider it.

Boise State losing to San Jose lastnight hurts us, boise was good enough to possibly knock off new mexico today.

or we could have just beat a good team at home....like bama or arkansas
or maybe even a bad team at home...like texas...
which win/wins on our schedule would you say we overperformed?
