Can OU go 3-1 over the next four?

I think you hit it right on the head BigTime..

We may have played well and showed some huge strides and possibilities for this team...but one thing i know about teams like this is there is a very good chance they could come out the next night and throw in a clunker reguardless of the opposing team...

Each game is going to be its own monster for this bunch...i know as fans we like to look ahead and project but with this team its almost worthless...

Play each game hard, continue to improve...thats what i'm looking for

Because of effort, I expect this team to be MUCH less up and down than in the past. That being said, yesterday might have been the ceiling? Who knows?

When i say up and down, i mean in performance...they can always put forth the effort but that doesnt mean that execution will be there...

Should limit the amount of blowouts, etc...but i dont think it will eliminate bad play...just too young and inexperienced to be consistent there...

1-3 is most likely IMO. I would take 2-2. 3-1 would be amazing. 4-0 impossible.

Virginia is terrible. Wichita State is solid. Arkansas at home is tough (see 08). Arizona is good and at their place is a loss for sure in my mind.

Here are my predictions.

well, i AM sold on Wichita State. They're not that strong inside, but the 2 mooses they drag into the paint are crafty in the same way that Fitz is ... and they score a lot off of pressure at the top of the key.

A hard working group (that I don't really feel relies on the 3) that will give us a hard time if we play them.

They also were played pretty close by the same Texas Southern team we beat by 30.

I'm not sold on Wichita State, nor am I sold on UConn.

Did you watch the WSU-Texas Southern game? Only reason I ask is Wichita State was up by 12 at half, then led almost the entire second half by 18-22 before Southern made a late run to cut it to 12. That's not struggling.

That's essentially the same game we played against Kentucky yesterday. Do you think Kentucky struggled against us? I kind of do.

Not at all.

We played our best players as much as possible because we needed to and had a wide open 3 to push it to a one possession game.

Wichita State didn't play a starter more than 21 minutes against Southern (as opposed to four against UCONN) and led by 20 points with two minutes left.
