Looks good. He should easily climb the ranks with more time and proven results. I don't think I would trade him for any of those coaches above him simply because once someone becomes a Sooner I kind of get attached. So far he has demonstrated lots of class and hard work.

Just noticed he is ranked above Rick Barnes. Interesting.

I am not a huge fan of his but it's ridiculous to have Barnes below a few of those others.

Never been a fan of Barnes. Given all the talents he's had in Austin he's under-achieved big time as a coach.

I think being a great recruiter is a big part of being a great coach, hence Capel being so high on that list. Barnes has under-achieved in the tournament to a degree but he's still got a couple of Elite Eights and a Final Four appearance... Not too shabby. And he's perennially in the top 3 or 4 in the conference, with a couple of NPOY's.



...Wow, I can't believe I'm actually defending Rick Barnes. I feel dirty.
