He was mentioned in the 3rd or 4th paragraph.....looks like this is going to get juicy before it plays out.

Same ol story that breaks every few years. Big names dropped and NCAA takes no action.

I didn’t think the NCAA was in charge of this investigation? That’s why I believe this may go beyond the usual “sweep it under the rug” where no one is punished for breaking the rules,

Louisville ups the offer to $100,000 because that’s what Preston was paid to go to Kansas.

Cant be. KU and bill self don’t cheat. Lol

Really glad OU doesn't have Capel during this time.

LOL. I have no idea how KU has hoodwinked so many fans, media, and apparently the NCAA for so long. They have consistently been one of the shadiest programs out there for a long time...like since the days of Larry Brown, maybe even before.

Zion Williamson was openly for sale. KU and others offered money, among other things. He ends up at Duke and Coach K says, there’s no cheating going on!

Coach K, Roy Williams, bill self, all are cheaters and have always cheated, yet they’re portrayed as such honorable men. What a crock.

I knew it was a sham when all these 5 stars waited until the last minute and the KU/duke/UK/UNC teams reloaded with 3-5 5 star players every year. It was an obvious bidding war.

Those teams have always been good and attracted elite players, but the rate at which they’ve been reloading so easily, at the very last minute, for the last decade stunk to high heaven.

KU always finds a few NBA talents at the deadline because they’re buying them. So is duke. So is UNC. So is UK, who probably accelerated the buying players to the degree it’s happening now with Calipari and his cheating ass.

They should all be given a 10 year post season ban.

There is a reason the same 10 or so schools get the same top recruits year in and year out.

Or when random schools all of the sudden get multiple top recruits(auburn, miss st, Georgia, fl s, Texas a&in, etc.

I don't agree with everything people are saying in this thread, but I'll note that another coach implicated today was Will Wade. He is one of the many coaches that people on here have lavished praise on for his recruiting prowess while taking shots at Lon. Again, it goes to show that people shouldn't immediately conclude that the grass is always greener elsewhere just because a young coach has a good year or two on the recruiting trail.
