College BB and the refs

Fran Fraschilla made a comment at the end of the OU/ISU game...He said it was a great game because you didn't notice the refs during the game. He said "THIS is what college basketball should be"...Last night's game was great..but the refs could have made it better...At one point they call a double technical on Woodard and a KU player...They went to the monitor for about 5 minutes...The ESPN crew watched the replay and they could not even tell what happened....After the replay and free throws they call a couple quick fouls on both teams and the game had came to a snail's pace. But both teams over came the refs to play their hearts out....That double tech made it were Woodard was not in the game at the end...Too bad....College basketball needs to have the refs not become a big part of the game. I h ave watched games this year and every time down the court there is a whistle...I turn it.
