I knew that CSU is ranked very close to OU so I took a look their program. Their coach is Ryun Williams who is in his 4th year. He is 27-1 this year after going 75-17 his first 3 years. They do not play a difficult schedule. They did play a common opponent in BYU which CSU won.

I have to believe a larger school will hire Williams soon.
