We are a pretty pathetic team in crunch time in close games. Like last 2 minutes and under. No go to guy.

Coaching is bad at the end. Kruger needs to tell them to continue to attack until the end. He plays conservative bs and we lose.

Maybe there is a solid reason why Kruger never uses timeouts, but I wish he would use more. Get solid looks. Buddy and Cousins both near the end of regulation just ISO'd for pull up 3 pointers.

Seems like we always get Woodard jacking a 3 to close a game. It never falls.

If Woodard takes another last second shot with the game on the line I might just snap.

They ran no offense whatsoever in the last couple of minutes. We gave possessions away by just running clock and jacking up 3's.

Just because we want to run clock doesn't mean we can't also try to score. Run something, for crying out loud!

It's the players fault for jacking threes and not attacking rim on the last 3 possession

What? You mean like Foster did at the ends of OT for the win? I will never understand the need to "blame" someone or something for a loss. OU came out flat and KSU gained confidence. OU played one of its worst games of the year and KSU played one of its best, and we still win if Spangler and Thomas make their free throws.

cant just blame the players. Kruger has been consistently bad in overtime games at OU. I believe he is 0-7 in overtime at OU. Capel was 7-0 in OT games at OU.

Both are trends. Players feel confident when they have had succes in OT games and the opposite when they never win in Overtime.

This is the best drfensive game KSt. will play this year and we played defense at about 70% of the rate we played texass.

Not true, Texas is just bad on O & KS was knocking down the shots. Weber always has a good motion O.

No, I mean with less than 5 minutes in regulation, its a close game and we're settling for ISO 3 pointers with 4 timeouts. Run a play.

Foster's 3 is different, because there was less than 10 seconds left and you're trying to get the best shot you can.

We still win if Lon Kruger coaches better.

No need to blame anyone. Give credit to your opponent. What were the other former OU coaches record in OT? Sampson, Tubbs, Bliss etc. seem just as relevant as Capel, why single him out.

Foster's three is different because it went in.

Game after game after game buddy and cousins continue to waste to many possessions by taking terrible shots! this team will not make it out of the first round of the NCAA's until they stop wasting so many possessions!

Kelvins record in close games (5 point games) is off the charts.

And that is a direct result of the strong guard play we had on most all his teams. He broke down his guards and built em back up and as a result they were all tough and weren't afraid to make plays at the end of games.

That is why some teams in March moves on and others go home.

We are 0-3 in games decided by less than 5 points this year. And 0-7 in overtime under Kruger.

Snakebit.
