If you want to travel through life where you only take into account what is said and exclude everything else then have at it. A person's actions include both verbal and non verbal gestures.

Communication is a form of behavior/action. If you want to travel through life where you only take into account what is said and exclude everything else then have at it. A person's actions include both verbal and non verbal gestures and everyone incorporates both forms of stimuli, including yourself, when reading people.

Claiming you have a bomb & what happened last night are so far apart the comparison is laughable.

No one ever implied they were one in the same and that is why we have you. Congratulations. The implication is how people can easily diffuse situations where they don't make the headlines and nothing more. The situation you speak of could have easily been a non story if the man would have followed some simple procedures like most people for it was not a difficult request, but no.
