It’s lacking intelligence to believe that George Floyd & Eric Garner should be alive if the 2 cops would’ve just slapped handcuffs on them & put them in the back of the car? I mean both situations only had 4 cops and 1 guy who was committing a misdemeanor.

Well they did put Floyd in the car, and that's when his heart attack started.

Not that there's any defense for keeping your knee on a guy's neck long after it's been confirmed he has no pulse.

Yeah if he ends up dying from a heart attack off drugs before the ambulance gets there we aren’t even talking about this.

Many states have adopted new sex Ed curriculum. It starts at age FOUR!
I took a look at one of the books. Pretty sick

Another reason my kids don’t go to public school

Lol that’s insanely rare, don’t lump public schools with that.

Sorry, 29 states have state wide laws for sex Ed. And I believe that same number users the book I linked. Two require every district to use that book.

It may be rare for four year old, it it will be the norm soon, you can bet on that. Hell, trans are popping up at libraries for story time. Society is getting more sexualized every year

Ok that makes more sense. I could see 9-10 learning chapters 1-3, 11-13 yr olds on 4-5, and 14-15 on 6-8. Some of the images definitely need to be changed though.

Way off topic here....but Gov. Kristi Noem (South Dakota) is pretty damn hot. She's a little too young for me, but she's quite well spoken and carries herself very well. I know some on here differ from her quite a bit politically, but her presence is surprisingly impressive....especially being from a smaller state. Don't worry....I don't plan to stalk her.:D

Yea, she's pretty good looking. She's not Ivanka Trump hot though.

48 cops were killed last year in the line of duty during felonious activity.
Depending on your motives, there were anywhere between 8 and 25 unarmed black people killed by police last year.

Why am I seeing sentiment that cops don't have as much of a right to protect themselves as civilians? They have families too, they have a chance of being killed during a confrontation than the black man does. Yet society wants to demonize the cop and give the criminal the benefit of the doubt (i say criminal because in almost every case, the person killed is doing illegal activity or has in the past).

The fact that we're having this discussion, protests, riots, and professional athletes canceling games over 8-25 incidents a YEAR still just floors me. It's the biggest reason I can't get behind this particular cause. The numbers just aren't there. And in order to get the numbers there, the movement is starting to call incidents that shouldn't be news, as racist murders. A guy with a knife fights with police, is tazed, doesn't comply, and reaches in his vehicle before being shot, and we're literally fighting over this? That's when you know one side isn't wanting to have an honest discussion about things.

Yep. Can't fix injustice with more injustice. It won't fix things. It is a disservice to the actual cases of police brutality

As Tim Gordon said in his recent podcast...if this really was a systematic problem, you would see blacks being killed that were good citizens that were doing nothing wrong. Instead, all of these cases are abusers, prior felons, rapists, etc.
