We struggled with that 1-3-1 zone.

Went down 6-7

Then adjusted def has been great.

Muni could be special. Reynolds much better today under control

I think between the 7 minute mark in the 1st half and the 15 minute mark in the 2nd half was our worst basketball of the season (even worse than anything yesterday). Having said that, the defense in the last 15 minutes was our best all season. That is how you win when you're offense is having a bad night....with great defense.

What a difference a year makes. How many games did OU win with their defense last season?

Basketball can be a frustrating game to watch. As long as this team plays hard and improves, it will be a fun team to watch.

Seth Greenberg is exactly right, last year it was like a circus with Trae Young and the rest of the team.

Good win, this team handles adversity pretty well. Defense has been great. Muni & James carried the offensive load which will need to happen a lot of nights. Manek will get better, Freeman still can't move, still wanting to see Odomes play the 4 some.

5-1 and already three high quality wins that will pay dividends down the road. Florida isn't off to a great start but they, Wofford, and Dayton should all win a lot of games this season. To me, Manek's offense is the one thing that needs to improve the most. That would make us a much more dangerous team, because James can't vebe expected to carry this much of a load every game. But a very good start to the season!
