DJ Bennett Minor injury

These foot injuries are troubling. I thought we went to a different shoe.

I'm no MD but I think a tendon tear would take a little more than 2-3 weeks..

They thought it was much worse day before yesterday after the initial X rays. DJ spoke to a small group of us that were sitting there and you could tell he was scared. An MRI later revealed a small tear.

Kruger said today that he would be out 2/3 weeks. DJ said that he would probably miss the exhibition games. But, would be good to go by the season opener.

I watched the practice on TV today. It looked like the walk on, Mankin, was getting a lot of reps with the 10 man rotation in DJ's absence.
