Anyone know why walk-ons got in the game and he didn't? Has made the most of his limited minutes this year, he played a significant role in keeping us in that game at Phog Allen

Yeah this perplexing to me too. He was huge at ku several weeks ago and then nada.

Don't think he played at all at osu either, I was wondering what the deal is too. I thought he had started to play pretty good.

DJ can come in and provide solid minutes when we need them, but I think CLK is trying to get Khadeem as many minutes as possible so he is ready to go for next season. That's one of the things I like about Kruger--he is always thinking long term.

I was wondering the same thing, since he could be our 4th big off the bench, I thought if we get maybe 5-7 good minutes of him a game, we give Ryan and Thomas a breather

Makes no sense to me either, unless he was sick. Lots of "stuff" going around right now. I'm betting that's why he didn't play.

If so, get well soon, DJ!

Yeah, I bet it was for West Virginia's press, DJ is not the best ball handler under pressure so I am guessing that is why he didn't play tonight. Hopefully he will get back in the rotation against TCU.

The press was probably there reason. I feel like putting him in with the walk-on's doesn't serve any purpose, and is just insulting to DJB.

Just hope he stays ready in case we get in to foul trouble or need a few minutes from him.

He didn't play in our home loss to KSU either and IMO we win that game if he had.

Did he play against OSU? Honestly I am glad that Lattin is stepping up and earning all the minutes. Hat is better for OU.

I think this is the reason. During the one practice I have been able to attend, DJ lost the ball multiple times during their dribbling drill -- and that's with no one guarding him. Not trying to knock DJ; it's just not in his skill set. I hope to see him on the floor more in the future. He plays with energy, and we lack that at times.
