anyone else hearing anything about Dungee possibly going to Muskogee? Something about her mom's boyfriend having a house there? Not sure if there are any real legs to this but you never know.

If true, they should have a great team!

Maybe she can help get Wilson to look at OU, I've seen Wilson called a combo guard on ESPN, so maybe she can be a point guard in college...

Wilson reminds me more of Sharane than of a point guard. The signing date is in only two weeks. Not much time to influence anything.

Not enough basketballs.

If so, it would be her 6th school in the past 6 years. Preston, Morris, Beggs, Preston again, Sapulpa, and Muskogee.

Old rumor from this past summer. Not true at all from what I understand she is still at Sapulpa. Crazy how fast rumors can spread.

Didn't get the info from a great source so I wasn't sure. I was hoping that was the case. If nothing else, just to show she can show some commitment given her past.

Curious, were the choices of transferring hers or her mother's? Is it known? I only follow her through the things I catch on this board and am sure I have missed some threads.

She would have been the third best player on Muskogee.

All that venom towards Dungee and only four more years to get it out.

What do you mean?

Sybarite feels like most people are already attacking Dungee and Mulkey, and will do so for the next 4 years... I think that's a little extra, but I do agree to say Dungee would be their 3rd best player was a bit of a low blow...

Muskogee has 3 guards who are really good. Wilson of course, Jada Ford(Arkansas State commit) and 2017 Trena Mims. The state is filled of good guards Especially in class 6A.

I see. I think she has skills that remind of Stacey Dales and will take advantage of smaller guards. I am glad to see her stay put at Sapulpa.

Let's be specific. This is from a July 4 post by Leroy:

I saw her play five times for Sapulpa and she is lazy and doesn't even try on defense and a poor rebounder. Stats don't always tell the story. She is the most over-rated player I have seen in...

The bigger issue will be how will she respond when adversity hits as she is a college freshman at OU? Her past has been to go do something else. The biggest predictor of future behavior is past behavior.

Skills wise, I think she is off the charts and if Coach Coale can harness those skills and motivate her to be great then I think she can be great ala Dales. I would like to see her continue to refine her jump shot but overall, she can dribble, pass, rebound, jump and finish extremely well.

I have seen her twice. She was good both times. But, neither was a solid indication of her potential at D-1, one being a State Title game at the 2A level. The best indicator that I have seen is that she was:

---selected to try out for the U-16 games
---survived a tryout against fifty other selected prospects to make the team
---the person who supervised the tryouts was DRobs highschool coach.

Let's see. She is selected as one of the twelve best prospects in the nation by DRob's highschool coach.

You know. She might be pretty good.

I have seen her in person only one time. I was impressed. I especially liked the way she could flat take over a game from the guard position.

Certainly switching schools puts special pressure on a player: new teammates, new coach, new system, etc. So I'm glad she is staying at Sapulpa this year. I expect she will be a major contributor at OU and in the Big-12. I see her and Nancy M having the potential to really compliment each other.
