NORMAN — The Oklahoma men's basketball team (8-3) plays its penultimate non-conference game when it hosts Stetson (4-8) on Monday at 8 p.m. CT at Lloyd Noble Center in Norman. The Sooners are 3-0 in the series and posted an 85-64 home win last season.

Monday's game will be televised by SEC Network with Kevin Fitzgerald (play-by-play) and Rodney Terry (analyst) announcing. It will air on the Sooner Sports Radio Network (KRXO 107.7 FM in Oklahoma City; KTBZ 1430 AM in Tulsa; Varsity Radio App) with Toby Rowland and Kevin Henry on the call.

Rodney Terry as analyst? He can talk about how he almost had a clean sweep of Porter and the fact that he didn’t got him fired.

We have dropped 11 spots in the NET in the last week. Five immediately following our game against KC, and six in the days since due to our schedule getting even worse with the way teams like Wake, ASU, and Marquette have played.

the best way to overcome this noncon schedule is to just do better in the SEC this season, which I believe we will. OSU was a solid win, and I think many teams in the SEC will be similar to them. I know there will be some better of course, but with the experience we have i'm hoping we do better position-wise and don't lose games we should win, like LSU, etc. last season.

The best way is to not have a bad schedule to overcome.

I agree it is the best way because at this point it is the only way.

Boulder, can you create two game threads? One for actual normal, Sooner b-ball fans and the other for all the miserable posters?? I would even consider a paid subscription for this option! :ROFLMAO:
So you being a ‘miserable poster’?
