I disagree. Imo it's lack of mental toughness/accountability. That comes from the top. A player should think I better complete this damn pass or I'm done for today.

Okay. Half. It's impossible to really tell on TV, but the lower bowl is half full so I assumed the upper bowl is less than half full.
