I love his heart!!! Kid plays hard every possession. I'll take ten kids like him....Nice job Dayton!
Yup, there are always exceptions. Have just heard scouts/NBA teams say they look at FT percentage more. There was also a study done here that mentions the same - Scouting NBA Three-Point Shooting. Not sure I agree with this. I don't mind him shooting them when he is wide open in the flow of the offense, but lately he seems to be hunting them with step backs, and side step 3's, etc. That's not his game... There are decent to good shooters in the NBA who don't shoot good at the free throw line.
See what you did.Go two for one. And please don’t turn it over. Finish a half strong for once.
What set?Geez, what a set at the end...
Kiss of death.Go two for one. And please don’t turn it over. Finish a half strong for once.
God those last two possessions are horrendous, and both immediately followed a timeout. Someone should take the whiteboard away from CW during timeouts.See what you did.
Good stuff. I will check the study out. I guess it makes sense when I think about it. Free throw % probably points to mechanics more I would guess, and with good mechanics they can improve from 3. That would be my uneducated theory anyway.Yup, there are always exceptions. Have just heard scouts/NBA teams say they look at FT percentage more. Agree with your overall point that his shot selection can be better.
