How about just give him Jadon Jones who was supposed to be on this team and Oweh might have been locked up all night. We have a flawed roster because of the lack of NIL funding (and some critical injuries).

I very much question Moser’s personnel decisions and inbounds plays. He is far from perfect. The hyperbole that he is dumb and terrible coach is just unfathomably..well, dumb.

If he designed amazing plays and got the most out of his players I wouldn’t have that opinion.

I hate ignoring people, but this last 12 hours has made it clear who to ignore here for a better experience.

I'm going to say this. IF Porter Moser decides to go a different direction after this year, some of you are going to get a MASSIVE wake up call as to how low the OU basketball profile is. We will NOT get a better coach. We will take another step back. Until the admin and the fans put in the effort and finances needed to compete, no coach is going to win at the level some of you "expect".

Is that you porter? A good two week run does not discount a 4 year sample size of bad coaching.

Wague was not very good the first half of the season and Forsythe was a true freshman. They both developed into better players and so i agree they should be starting over Goodine and Godwin at this point.

I can also give credit to Moser and the staff for developing them during the season. That is a big part of coaching.

You all are making it sound like it’s really simple to just deny a guy the ball whenever you want. If that were the case, the best player would never be able to receive an inbounds pass in late clock situation.

To me the goal there should be to force a jump shot and take your chances. I didn’t mind trying to keep Oweh in front of us… it’s just that… we didn’t…. He blew right past the two defenders that ran at him.

Don't you realize that Jadon Jones is the second coming of Scottie Pippin? I mean, the way people talk about this guy, you would never know that he played at a low major and wasn't exactly flooded with offers from elite schools. It's amazing how much stock people put into reports from practices or because "I saw him in one scrimmage and he looked good."

Yeah, their mind is made up on him and NOTHING is going to change it at this point. Look, I would have loved to have won that game last night, but assuming we are indeed in the tourney (according to all the "experts" we are), that game last night doesn't mean a ton. Say we held on and won, but lost to Bama by 20. Does that change any seeding?? I seriously doubt it. So, from a mental standpoint, I'd say last night's results would be better than experiencing a whoopin from a Bama team that we don't match up well against, and they are fully rested and haven't played two games in two days.

The positives are we are and have been playing well the past few weeks. We are playing our best basketball at the right time, and with the right matchups, this team can win 1-3 games in this tourney (totally depending on matchups). Guard play is key in the tourney, and Fears has been great as of late. Kobe has also been A LOT better as of late, and Woogie in the post is playing his best ball. I can't wait to see the bracket announcements on Sunday! I'm actually headed to Vegas Sunday afternoon...anyone else gonna be in Vegas this week??
