GAME 33 - OKLAHOMA (20-12) vs KENTUCKY (21-10) 8:30pm CST on SEC NETWORK

You don't fire a coach without knowing you can replace him with someone better. That's dumb.
Right.. I'm not currently employed to look into that, neither are you, so neither of us know if there isn't someone better on a list in Norman.

If your gonna tell everyone about your ignore list, don't be scared, use it

Yeah, their mind is made up on him and NOTHING is going to change it at this point. Look, I would have loved to have won that game last night, but assuming we are indeed in the tourney (according to all the "experts" we are), that game last night doesn't mean a ton. Say we held on and won, but lost to Bama by 20. Does that change any seeding?? I seriously doubt it. So, from a mental standpoint, I'd say last night's results would be better than experiencing a whoopin from a Bama team that we don't match up well against, and they are fully rested and haven't played two games in two days.

The positives are we are and have been playing well the past few weeks. We are playing our best basketball at the right time, and with the right matchups, this team can win 1-3 games in this tourney (totally depending on matchups). Guard play is key in the tourney, and Fears has been great as of late. Kobe has also been A LOT better as of late, and Woogie in the post is playing his best ball. I can't wait to see the bracket announcements on Sunday! I'm actually headed to Vegas Sunday afternoon...anyone else gonna be in Vegas this week??
I couldn’t agree more. Am I frustrated by Moser’s late game coaching? Yes. But am I glad the team played themselves into the tournament? Absolutely yes! Let’s move on.

So the guys that weren’t quick enough to stay with him when he had the ball would have been able to lock him down in the front court when he didn’t have the ball?
They didn’t need to “lock him down.” All they needed to do was make them use some time. Make him catch the ball going back towards his own basket. You do one of two things: pressure the backcourt or pack it in the front court. Having guys in no man’s land at half court makes no sense.

There aren't 100 active coaches that have taken teams to the Final Four. There aren't five active coaches that have taken teams to the Final Four with ZERO NBA talent.
Kevin Keats for coach of the decade! Man should have lifetime job security based on a two-week heater. Same with Paul Hewitt and Frank Martin and Mike Davis and Bruce Weber, etc.

Honest question: it's 20 years later. Pm makes the tourney every 4, call it every 3 years even. Wins about 55% of his games. Gets some 20 win seasons at the high end. Are you (and pm) still going to be talking about that final 4 run?

It’s almost like we haven’t watched all his games at OU the last 4 years and can’t figure out whether he can coach or not at this level.

The same with you guys...

AGAIN, ya that ONE game isn't the end of the world. It's the coaching decisions AT THE END that point to a bigger picture. PM is barely over .500 for his 20+ yr career. That 5.6 seconds, in a nutshell, shows his limits.

Glad ya are ok with his coaching.

Piss poor NIL = late game losses. The players who cost more make more winning plays.

Moser has failed to overcome that reality, but it doesn’t make it untrue.

anyway....Boomer...Sooner. Big weekend in softball, baseball, gymnastics...

see where both teams, girls/boys land on Sunday

they didn't have to "lock him down" they just had to make UK waste 1 sec .. more then the shot is a running jumper

and I will again point out this is coaching 101 .. not rocket science .. which is why i said in last night BEFORE THE PLAY
