Thought I'd do some checking and see if blown second halves are as common as they feel this season. (Spoiler: Nope.)

Oklahoma has led at halftime in 17 games and gone 14-3 (plus Baylor had a chance to tie at the buzzer); has trailed in 9 and gone 3-6; and was tied in 1, which they won by double digits. That's a 4-6 record when not leading at the half, and both Kansas State and Arkansas could just as easily have been wins.

Two of the three blown leads were in OT and the third would likely have gone to OT if Hield had made the second free throw.

Of course you never want to lose a game that you led by double digits, but if anything, Oklahoma is a second-half team.
