Hard to hire Coaches Now!!!

With the message boards and media the way it is now there is no secrets anywhere. We already have all the names out there that in everybody's opinion they want. This has to be one of the best hires Joe C has ever completed. He took big chance and Capel and it didn't work out. I believe he has to hit a home run to restore his reputation as on one of the best AD's in the country. This next hire has to have the performance not only as asst, head coach but, as a leader that he can depend on to run the day to day operations needed in recruiting, hiring of asst's , and above all get the fans back to the LNC. This is not going to be a easy process and again I believe that it will be a big surprise to all of us. Wouldn't to be in his shoes because is do or die......

Message boards and media had very little to do with Capel's firing. Hell most of the media wanted him back.
