Has the NCAA suspended the walk call?

Been watching all day and have seen about 3 dozen walks not called. Some were 4 steps and no calls, pathetic.

They're just trying to prepare players for the NBA.

It has been like this for a while. It bugs me to no end to see a player receive the ball at the top of the key and reverse pivot two times. No pressure and no need to travel, but they do it all the time w/o a call.
