Since I wound up in New Mexico a few months later, I was also proud of a great alley-oop pass that Pete Lewis (of Hobbs) threw to Ken Conley for an amazing one-handed jam, in that Bedlam win for OU.

It did make me sick, though, that OSU got an at-large in '93 and OU didn't. That just fed the media-driven nonsense that OU doesn't have that great of a basketball tradition, especially compared to the gang that occupied the old Upper-GI arena.
