but are there not any upperclassmen in town? Geez that was terrible student attendance. Lots of empty seats in the arena for a sellout, not sure what the excuse was this time, roads were fine. You would think we were ranked #21 and not #1 in the country.

I'm guessing more of the empty seats were season ticket holders that didn't show since it was sold out. They should of turned them back in if they aren't going to use them.

Students will be great the rest of the year - book it.

The roads were fine but we lost a chunk who THOUGHT they would be bad or were traveling from afar. It cost us about 1500 butts in seats imo. Next Saturday will be like Iowa State
Crowd imo

Were you at the game? If not, curb your tongue knave.

Was not a very vocal crowd because the wildcats took the fans out of the game about midway through the first half and never allowed the Sooner another run. Controlled the game and out scored the guys by 9-11 points the last 30 minutes. Actual estimated attendance 8,361 on 11,113 tickets sold.

Sounds about right. I would have guessed 80% and most of that was due to student section (which is not a surprise since they are not in town). It was a strange game for crowd noise. I don't recall them ever getting closer than 8 and seems like just about every time they cut to single digits we scored, and often with a 3.

It was similar to the Wisconsin game in that we were up by double digits for the vast majority of the second half against a mediocre opponent. To get good crowd noise at the LNC you need at least one of the following three things: a close game, a top-25 opponent, or one of our two main rivals coming to town.
