Evans is trying to land the Lamar job. Lamar is going to the WAC, It will be a job where Evans could build his name..

Think of this. We hire Kruger, he sets us up well after 5 years, meanwhile Evans has built Lamar into respectability, maybe snagged a ncaa appearance in year 5.

Evans then becomes a serious legit candidate

I would doubt it, but Steve Henson would probably come with Kruger and he was an awesome player at KSU. I think he will be a great head coach when he gets the chance.
