If we get in, I think this could have all been a blessing disguise.

Be honest, which would rather have, the 11 seed or the 8/9 seed?

If we had beaten Texas, TCU and Iowa State today, we would have been looking at an 8/9 seed. We would have likely gone out in the second round.

However, if we get in with an 11 or even a 10 seed, I really think this team could make a run to the Sweet 16.

We would be an extremely scary 11 seed.

I've been saying for a while that I'd MUCH rather be an 11 seed than an 8. Beating a 6 and a 3 doesn't seem that unrealistic.

That said, I didn't want us to fall dangerously close to the bubble... And it would have been nice to have some momentum going in.
