Musberger has a lot of mascara on. love the Len Bias footage at start and the bounce back hoop off UNC defender.

I like to say I patterned my HS game after Johnny Dawkins, minus having not much handle and not quick of step or had much leap. JAG.

edit:I am also giving myself massive ups when #40 comes in the game and at 36:40ish gets a outback and before Mus or Packer says it I say: Chuck Watson!

I have a fun David Johnson story, not hookers and blow good.....but one game day, he's totally in Tubbs' doghouse by all media accounts and fan rumor (before Twitter, amazingly we all still survived and procreated as a species, made meaning in life, created beautiful music, saw the sunsets, loved the ones we loved before social media.....somehow).

In Billy's doghouse for being lazy and out of shape......gameday, and I see DJ at the Sooner Superette buying 3 or 4 bags of potato chips in his OU sweats.

edit: he played a helluva game at Cameron Indoor in an almost Sooner comeback, DJ had some game.
I had repressed the Andre Turner palming thing.....ooof. I loved that team.

I loved watching David Johnson play.

And Andre Turner indeed palmed the ball at the end of the Memphis State game. The 85 Final Four should have been ours. That would have been fun, especially because Billy loved to rag on the Big East and the other three teams in that Final Four were from the Big East. Of course Villanova awaited in the next round, and they were indeed a team of destiny.
