Is this guy going to be any good? OSU, under Ford, has never really been good in the paint. Mitchell Solomon seems like he is going to be a pretty good player, and Anthony Allen played well until Big 12 season hit.

Ibaka averaged 14 and 10 at NEO, but sat out last year. Kind of an odd situation, being 22 years old and being a sophomore in terms of eligibility. He couldn't play juco ball this year because of his age.

Sometimes getting older players is good... they are more developed, mature, etc but it's also strange because he will still be playing at OSU when he is 25 years old.

I've heard he's a project. Being such, it would seem he's at the worst possible place he could be.

We didn't offer him. I think he's pretty far away from being a real contributor on a good team.

I talked to a division two coach and he said they could not get into school but he can get into Silo Tech

We didn't think he was good enough to help us. Now we are going to be very good next year on the inside. Or at least have a bunch of size with potential.

Yeah. Ford runs off projects to bring in hot recruits who bust. It's kind of stunning how often it happens that he recruits over guys. I guess that is the only option when you can't really develop talent.

IDK if you're serious about eligibility concerns but as long as you graduate juco, you qualify by NCAA standards.

Igor might be a project, but based on the video...he looks pretty good. I'd take 14/10 from a juco.

Apparently he is very good at shooting jumpers, but doesn't have much of a post game. Not that many guys in college basketball have much of a true post game.

Should be interesting.

No post player has been good under Ford. He will come off the bench. A small forward well start at the 4 in his place
